ICDM supports its business partner, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), in its efforts to help companies move forward in digital transformation by understanding their data, analytics and AI readiness through the MDEC Data Driven Enterprise Programme.
The programme is aimed to provide a structured and accelerated approach in assisting business enterprises in gaining value from their digital transformation efforts and quickly shift towards becoming more productive, innovative and resilient. MDEC has partnered with global market intelligence firm, International Data Corporation (IDC), to provide a complimentary Data Driven Maturity and AI Readiness online assessment service, which will help to address organisations’ requirement in realising their asset value and pervasively deploy data technology to optimise operational, tactical and strategic decisions.
Based on IDC’s vast experience in research and insights, a framework has been developed to help assess your organisation’s data, analytics and AI readiness; as well as identify strengths and areas of improvement to truly maximise your organisation’s capabilities.
Members can take advantage of this complimentary tool to give you insights from 6 dimensions (Organisation, People, Process Dimensions, Technology, Data and Use Case). It is an essential step for board directors to gain the helicopter view to provide oversight and guidance to the management. The report will give you the following insights:
- Learn about your organisation’s data, analytics and AI strategies and gain insights into the common challenges organisations face.
- Receive a personalised report as you complete each dimension and unveil how you can bring your organisation to the next level.
- While there are only 3 compulsory dimensions (Organisation, People and Process Dimensions), completing the remaining dimensions (Technology, Data and Use Case) will help give you an all-rounded, clear understanding of your organisation’s readiness level.
