Kuala Lumpur, 22 March 2019: The Ministry of Finance (MoF) is collaborating with the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) on a year-long programme to strengthen and enhance the understanding of corporate governance best practices and boardroom strategies amongst the MoF Inc Companies Board of Directors. This will be done through a series of engagement sessions on the fundamental duties and responsibilities as a Corporate Director under the law and relevant regulations.
