Programme Overview

This financial management programme for non-finance directors addresses the challenges non-finance board members face when interpreting financial reports and making strategic decisions based on corporate data presented by management.

The programme will not turn you into an accountant but will give you a greater understanding of the financial information presented using a number of techniques such as the Du Pont Model to enhance your ability to evaluate the financial numbers and the confidence to deep-dive into the issues involved in order to enhance shareholder values.

The programme also introduces non-finance directors into the corporate finance arena involving strategic decision-making relating to which investment proposal to support out of many.
