Usman Lodhi
Venture Partner, FutureLabs Venture
Usman Lodhi is a serial venture builder, investor and entrepreneur with more than 18 years experience in the digital consumer, telco and software sectors in Europe and Asia. For the past decade, he has been focused on launching new digital businesses and taking them to market-leading positions across Southeast Asia – in both start-up and corporate settings. These included Indonesia’s 2nd largest payments and remittance platform, market-first mobile ad-exchange, and telco powered advanced data
analytics & intelligence platform amongst others. He has also been an investor and built an investment portfolio of around 30 early to growth stage tech companies including a decacorn.
In his current role as Venture Partner at FutureLabs Ventures, Usman works in partnership with leading global corporations and other ecosystem partners to build and invest in scalable new ventures. Usman previously held leadership/co-founder roles with Indosat Ooredoo, Ideabox, and Rocket Internet AG.
He is also currently an advisor and mentor to several regional tech start-ups.
Christoffer Erichsen

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the intersection of strategy, innovation and design. Through his work in Human Inc, he has powered 100+ large brands to drive sustainable business model innovation launching 300+ new products and services, delivering delightful customer experiences and certified more than 35,000 design thinkers and agile leaders. Under his leadership, Human Inc has also recently won the HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Corporate Training Provider.
In Asia he has worked with companies like HSBC, Singapore Airlines, Manulife, Coke, SunLife, Petronas, AirAsia, AIA, ING, FedEx, RHB, MCIS Life and Dell helping their leaders adopt new ways of working that drives customer-centric growth and organisational agility. Chris studied youth culture at SDU in Denmark and is a certified Systemic and Narrative Coach from DISPUK in Denmark and a certified GrowthWheel Business Advisor & Master Trainer. Chris loves to share his work experience with peers and is a sought-for speaker for international conferences, seminars and webinars. He is a member of several boards, coaches select startup founders and invests in high potential ventures that aligns with his purpose and values.
Digbijoy Joseph Shukla
CEO of iCarAsia & Carsome Group’s Head of Merger & Acquisition and Ecosystem Strategy
Digbijoy has over two decades of wide-ranging experience across diverse sectors, as an executive, operator, founder and funder. He initially started his career in education marketing to executing advertising campaigns and curating events, to conceptualising and running a restaurant chain, co-founding an ed-tech startup, venture investing and currently operating as an C-level executive at SEA Unicorn startup.
He started his career 2003, as a marketing executive for leading educational institutes, and subsequently joined the Delhi chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE Delhi) in 2005. At TiE he worked for over three years and drove key programs in order to benefit startup founder members by providing access to mentoring, funding, enterprise partnerships etc. In 2008 he cofounded online supplemental education start-up TenMarks Education INC, where he was responsible for growth/marketing targeting the US K-12 market, TenMarks was acquired by Amazon in early October 2013
