Climate Governance 101: A Board’s Guide to Effective Oversight
Programme Outline
We have seen the negative impacts of climate change, ranging from floods, draughts and typhoons around the world. We now live in times where long-term weather patterns have changed drastically from the last 100 years to the extent that it has become a global crisis. Climate change has brought us to a crossroads at which we need to fundamentally change how we produce and consume. This requires organisations to reconfigure their strategic and long-term operating models. The role of the Board of Directors and the governance they provide will prove crucial in supporting organizations to navigate the path to a climate-resilient future.
