Speaker’s Profile
Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar
Chairman

Tan Sri Zarinah brings with her legal, corporate, and regulatory experience from the many years spent in the corporate sector and public service. She is the former Chairman of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), a position she held for six years until her retirement in March 2012. Before this she was the SC’s Deputy Chief Executive from December 2001. An advocate of gender diversity, Tan Sri Zarinah is the Founding Chairman of the 30% Club Malaysia Chapter, a business campaign to help drive higher women representation in leadership positions and on corporate boards. Tan Sri Zarinah is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Razak School of Government, Amanah Warisan Negara and the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation. She is also a Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA, Chairman of Universiti Malaya and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, United Kingdom
Andrew Minnitt
Head of Singapore, Indonesia, & Malaysia
Aon
Andrew is the Head of Aon Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia and has 33+ years within the insurance industry, with almost 12 of those being with Aon. In his time as a risk & insurance advisor, he has been both a broker and an insurer and his experience includes holding senior management and C-suite positions in South Africa, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore.
Prior to his assignment in Singapore in 2019, Andrew held the post of CEO with Aon in the Philippines for 4 years (also with management oversight of Aon in Vietnam), having completed the 7 preceding years as MD of JLT’s business in Thailand where his position there covered a regional capacity, overseeing Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. He serves as an active Council member of the Singapore Insurance Brokers Association (SIBA) and is also a member of the Management Committee for the Singapore Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), a post he has held for the last 5 years.
Andrew is a big believer continuous learning and recently completed a program in Machine Learning at MIT Sloan School of Management, having completed a program in Data & Analytics there previously.

Rahul is the Partner & Head of Talent Solutions at Aon. Talent Solutions, comprising of talent and rewards consulting, partners with clients to help make them better decisions on their workforce. With expertise in human capital strategy and passion for enhancing client experiences, Rahul’s leadership at Aon across Southeast Asia, spanning industry verticals including financial services, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, property, etc.
Before moving to Southeast Asia in 2016, Rahul was based in the Aon Shanghai office as a consulting director. He has more than 15 years of core human capital development experience spanning both line and strategic HR and has worked across industries in India, China and Southeast Asia. He brings in a strategic point of view in the areas of total rewards, performance and governance. His strength lies in linking various outcome areas in HR for maximum business impact.
With Aon in the Asia Pacific region, he has led large local and regional projects on Mergers and Acquisitions, Total Rewards, Engagement and Culture in broader Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing Property, and Telecom. He has also published white papers on the Rewards and Governance landscapes in Southeast Asia, China and Asia Pacific region and is a frequent speaker at industry forums.
