The ICDM Member’s Lounge will offer the opportunity for fellow directors to meet with their peers, make important connections and get together for meaningful discussions on boardroom challenges and emerging governance trends.
In conjunction with the launch, we are delighted to present the findings of the BOLD 3.0: Future-Fluent Board Leadership in Asia research study, produced by Center for Creative Leadership in partnership with ICDM and other Institute of Directors from Singapore, Phillipines, India, Vietnam & Sri Lanka. Following the launch Stephen Langton, Board & CEO Advisory Group Head for Russell Reynolds in Asia Pacific will be the keynote speaker on Future-Fluent: How Boards can Master the Language of the Future for this edition of the PowerTalk Series.
Globally, boards are increasingly focused on enhancing the overall effectiveness during a time of rapid change and disruption. Challenges to the old architecture of board governance, paramount shifts in stakeholders’ expectations and heightened scrutiny are fundamentally changing what it means to be a director.

Stephen Langton leads the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners in Asia Pacific. With more than 20 years of international experience at the highest levels in this field, he has designed and delivered unique programs for the boards and CEOs of many world-leading corporations across all industries, including board and CEO sucession planning, development, review and advisory services. Stephen is based in Singapore.
ELISA MALLIS

APAC of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)
Elisa Mallis has over 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy and sales and marketing. She has spent 12 of those years based in Asia (Beijing, Sydney and Singapore). Elisa joined CCL in 2019 as the Managing Director and Vice President, Asia-Pacific. In her role she leads CCL’s efforts in SE Asia, India, North Asia and Australia to accelerate the leadership development and results of clients throughout the region, from multi-national corporations and government agencies to domestic organizations, while also contributing significantly to CCL’s global research agenda.
