Jackie plays a crucial role in advancing the strategic and operational initiatives at ICDM. With a diverse background in financial management, strategic planning, information technology, human resources, business development, marketing and communication, she has successfully led major global projects at the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) Foundation.  

In her current role, Jackie is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving sustainable business growth locally and regionally. She achieves this through strategic partnerships, robust digital and communication strategies and brand differentiation within ICDM’s training and advisory framework. Her recent interest in the field of sustainability has led her to complete the ESG Competent Boards Programme. Now she is responsible for developing sustainability programs and integrating ESG principles across ICDM’s services for boards and C-suites.  

Jackie is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Since July 2019, Ryan has been Chairman of the Social Media Sub-Committee of the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS). Additionally, he is a valued member of the Industry Advisory Committee of the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) and the Singapore Management University (SMU) Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE)’s Mentor Panel.

In recognition of his contributions, Ryan was awarded the prestigious SkillsFuture Fellowship by the President of the Republic of Singapore in August 2018. This esteemed honour underscores his unwavering commitment to fostering digital literacy and empowering businesses through technology. Sukhbir Sandhu is the Managing Director of Forescout ASEAN. In his role, Sukhbir leads the ASEAN business, partnering with local governments and enterprise businesses in securing their digital terrain with Forescout’s solutions.

Prior to his current role, Sukhbir has 23+ years of experience in some of the world’s largest online and software companies with a strong focus on sales, business development and GTM strategies. he has led teams in multiple leadership roles including Head of Sales at Citrix ASEAN. Sukhbir has achieved Honour in his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has a diploma in Electrical Engineering at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Bill Chua

Bill Chua is an experienced board director for over twenty years. He is now an Independent Director on the several boards including Citibank Singapore Ltd, United Hampshire US REIT Management Ltd, Amara Holdings Ltd, and Swan & Maclaren Holdings Pte Ltd. His former board appointments include both local and international corporations such as Singapore Technologies Electronics Ltd, Jurong International Ltd, DSO National Laboratories, Defence Science & Technology Agency, Sunseap Group Pte Ltd, CLS AG, and Green Sands Equity Inc. He retired from UOB in 2014 after 34 years in the financial services sector. Active in the finance, education and social areas, he has chaired the operations sub-committees in banking and markets, served as advisory board member of the SMU business school, a resource member at two Parliamentary committees and as a member of investment committees at Singapore University of Technology & Design, SAFRA National Service Association, and the Singapore Cricket Club.

Kay Pang serves on the board of Nera Telecommunications Ltd, an IT solutions provider headquartered in Singapore with presence across Asia and Europe. She chairs the RC, NC and is a member of the AC. She is also a board member and honorary legal advisor to the Singapore Heart Foundation; Fellow at QED Changemakers, a private think tank in Singapore; and Mentor at the NUS Lee Kuan Yee School of Public Policy and the SMU Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Kay has 25 years of expertise in legal, corporate governance and technology.

In her corporate role, Kay is the Vice President, APAC Legal at Aveva Software, part of Schneider Electric, a global industrial software company focusing on digital transformation and sustainability. Her previous roles include being the Global Compliance Officer at VMware Inc, APAC Head Legal at Cloudera Inc, and APAC Head Legal at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. She also practiced as a corporate lawyer with Drew & Napier LLC and Shook Lin & Bok LLC in Singapore.

Kay has deep experience in business dynamics to guide boards as they navigate complex challenges in change management, digital transformation, acquisitions, governance and regulatory requirements, legal disputes, and more. She is qualified as a Barrister-at-law in England, and an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore, and is an alumna of University of Sheffield, Cardiff University, and National University of Singapore. She also attained prestigious business qualifications from Stanford, MIT, Oxford Uni; and directorship and corporate governance certifications at INSEAD and SID.

Jasmine has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and technology sector and is dedicated to driving community growth and social impact. She is the co-founder at 3 different organisations reflecting her passions. She is engaged at EnGame, a dynamic game studio that pioneered in developing games for consumer engagement, EPIC Home which is aimed to build relationships between the urban and rural divide through the act of building homes for underprivileged communities, as well as, more recently at Women in Blockchain Asia (WIBA), which is established to foster growth of the blockchain industry by increasing the representation and profile of women in blockchain in Asia.

Jasmine presently serves on the board of SMRT Berhad and has sat on the boards of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad and the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation. She was previously the Chief Revenue Officer of iPay88, the Chief Executive Officer of Razer Fintech, a subsidiary of Razer Inc., CEO of NEM Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEM.io Foundation, and as, Head of Group Digital, Strategic Digital Alliances at Maybank Berhad. Jasmine holds a Masters in Science in Blockchain and Digital Currency from University of Nicosia, Cyprus and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Marketing from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Jun Maria Tan Abdullah possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in the realm of human resources and organizational development, spanning an impressive career of over 30 years. Her passion for fostering growth and innovation within organizations is a defining aspect of her professional journey.

As a proficient HR professional, Jun Maria’s skills encompass the entire spectrum of HR processes, making her a well-rounded resource in her field. Her strategic approach to HR is deeply rooted in supporting an organization’s vision and purpose. She accomplishes this by formulating and executing strategies that address critical areas such as competency development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, people development, employee engagement, cost management, and operational efficiency. Her track record speaks volumes about her ability to drive strategic initiatives aimed at motivating, retaining, and developing a high-performing workforce.

Jun Maria is the advisor of the Ladies in Action (LIA) circle in PayNet. LIA consists of women leaders as well as men allies, driving initiatives for continuous development through internal self-advancement activities and broadening external networks, learning from other women leaders. In addition, LIA plays a role in actively influencing policy changes to ensure ongoing support for women in the workplace.

Since August 2023, Jun Maria has been entrusted with a new role. She currently leads an ambitious pioneering initiative known as Project Akar, a program anchored by PayNet ESG initiative. This ambitious project is strategically positioned to meet the surging demand for digital talent by nurturing and cultivating new talent. Project Akar focuses on the development of technology and digital-related skills through collaborative partnerships with education institutions, industry stakeholders, as well as relevant government bodies. Furthermore, it emphasizes the retraining and upskilling of existing talent while providing pathways for accelerated entry into the industry. Prior to this role, Jun Maria was the Senior Director of Human Capital Management in PayNet.

In addition to her comprehensive HR expertise, Jun Maria brings to the table seven years of valuable experience in business development.

Jun Maria holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University Sains Malaysia and is currently an Adjunct Professor with two universities – Asia Pacific University and UNITAR International University.
