The 2024 Senior Executive Forum:Leadership, Strategy & Collaboration for Change presents an opportunity to reflect on and answer some of these questions, with a distinct focus on the art and science of collaboration in affecting meaningful change.

The Forum is organised by the Australian Institute of Management, Western Australia, and proudly supported by the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM).

Distinguished faculty members Professor Ethan Bernstein and Professor Tiona Zuzul from Harvard Business School will be leading this year’s Forum. Both professors will inspire and extend the participants’ thinking, guiding them through a thoughtfully selected range of complex organisational challenges. Through the world-renowned Harvard teaching style, participants will analyse, dissect and explore a globally diverse set of case studies before drawing insights relevant to their organisations. This approach leads to a deeper understanding of the issues and provides an opportunity to transfer those insights into other contexts.

During the interactive sessions and lectures, you will learn how to identify and capitalise on the collaborative opportunities presented by environmental shifts and a changing work landscape. Most importantly, participants are driven to learn from the distinguished faculty as well as from their senior peers in plenary, small group and syndicate sessions. Networking opportunities are also provided throughout.
